Front and back are thickened cream paper. The front has flower stems raised around the emblem and down the side. The emblem has what looks like a blue lantern above the embossed in gold Square and compass. the printing is in dark blue of various fonts and sizes. the back is plain. It is tied in the middle with light blue thin cord. The middle page is ordinary white paper with dark blue border printed around writing.
