Gary Presland worked for the Victorian Department of Archaeological Survey in the 1980's following a 2 year study of the state of archaeological sites in the Melbourne metropolitan region published in 1983.The presentation on 'Aboriginal Melbourne' was given by Gary Presland to the Nunawading & Historical Society meeting on 12th October, 1996.
