These tickets were raising money for the local Warrnambool Sheltered Workshop. The local sheltered workshop provided opportunities for disabled people to work together doing varied tasks. The tickets were sold in the Port Fairy, Portland, Warrnambool & Koroit Districts. Warrnambool Sheltered Workshop Secretary K. A. Armstrong, Pro-Treasurer J. J.
