Yields information about the style and printing of tickets used in Ballarat and Bendigo tramways and how they were presented.Block with one remaining ticket - red ink on off white paper, denomination 2d, over stamped in black "Concession" numbered 685999A, headed State Electricity Commission of Victoria, Provincial Tramways. Originally a block of 200 tickets been stapled onto a plain cardboard back with a heavy metal staple and a off white coloured cardboard retaining strip at the top of the ticket. The ticket price is in red ink while the ticket number itself is in black ink. On rear in red ink is a diagonal criss cross or tartan pattern. Tramway Pass for a Totally and Permanently Disabled Soldier pass No. 505 made out to R H Prentice of Prahran and signed by R A Spencer MMTB Secretary. Mr Bob Prentice was a tramway enthusiast who collected VR Tramcar No. 20, photographs and items and authored several small books about Victorian Tramways. WWII Victorian Fuel One gallon Ration Ticket: 4 x rectangular beige coloured cards with blue flecks, red print and perforated on the edges. Tickets are attached. At the top is 5 stars within a shield with Victoria printed beside it. Underneath within a banner with a wall of oval shapes is "Motor Spirit ration". On the face is printed "Motor Spirit Ration Ticket Series B, Valid In All States, 1 One Gallon Not Transferable". In 1994 the Association for the Blind began to use the phrase 'New beginnings' to signify a shift in the way that work was undertaken. Some new signage was created with this in mind, and this sign has 'New beginnings' and the Association for the Blind symbol of a square (filled with horizontal lines crossed by two diagonal lines), in black and blue and a circle in the middle with lines inside it.
