A letter from Legatee Stan Poppins to Legacy CEO Ivan Layton in February 1973 explaining how he came by a copy of a letter written by Legatee Stan Savige in 1941. Legatee Poppin's wife was then working in an office that had to pass on the letter to other ex-AIF members and she took a copy of the letter. The certificate commemorates the official opening of the Shrine of Compassion, which houses the large statue of Kwan Yin, carved from marble in Vietnam. The statue was especially chosen by Ven.
