The rosette is significant because is commemorates the visit of the Jade Buddha to Nhu Lai mediation temple in Vietnam in 2014.
Green pleated ribbon rosette with plastic badge attached in centre, with an inscription in Vietnamese. Backing three layers of cardboard stapled with fastener pin. Ribbon tails with golden print in English and Vietnamese.
