Forms - 100 carbon copies stapled within a book with brown paper front cover and heavy card rear cover titled "Change-over or call out report". MMTB Form 1/77, dated Oct. 1958 numbered 110301 to 110400, reporting the details of defective trams, change over tramcar, times, driver details and dates. Set of 3 run number plates used for the vehicle identification system used in the AVM. Item was pushed into a slot of a reader which then recognised the identification through the series of holes on the left hand side. Fitted with metal strips, riveted on, to enable the card to be slotted into the holder by the crew member and then withdrawn when not required. Understood that the tram carried one of these at one end and then another without the holes at the other end. Number has been engraved into the plastic sheet and then painted in black. Used to identify the depot and "run number" or timetable that the tram was running on, two in each tram, to enable monitoring by inspectors and crews. Set of three brass cast, chrome plated, machined, device or ticket punches used to cancel or punch paper tickets when purchased. Placed a shaped hole in the ticket. Spring loaded, consists of two main parts with a pin & spring from coiled flat metal spring sheet. Some of the chrome plating has been worn off. There are no manufacturer markings on the punches. Such plates are used by depots to indicate to Inspectors and other staff the allocated run or timetable trip for a particular service.
