His Excellency Colonel The Right Honorable The Earl of Stradbroke K.C.M.G., C.B., G.V.O., C.B.E. as Grand Master of The United Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of Victoria. Town Hall, Melbourne. 26th March, 1924. Title printed in dark blue with fancy gold border. Above the titled is a blue, white red and yellow emblem, divided into four, with five white stars between. In the top left is three lions, top right is the Southern Cross, below it is a rearing lion and the bottom left is a harp. Above the emblem is a symbol.
