TOURELLO POST OFFICE WAS OPENED ON 1ST MAY 1868 AND WAS MOVED TO TOURELLO RAILWAY STATION. THIS WAS 3 KM FROM THE ORIGINAL SITE. ON 8TH OF AUGUST1887 THE ORIGINAL TOURELLO POST OFFICE WAS RE-OPENED AND THE BARREL NUMERAL CANCEL 620WAS RETURNED THERE.
