Photograph taken through open driver's window shows young uniformed man with M&MTB cap number 2878 and summer tunic sitting at the controls of FNPTT car no. 10. The leather strap over his right shoulder looks similar to that used on conductor's bags. This along with his youthful appearance suggests he may be the tram conductor posing for the photograph. The destination reads "Regent St", which in the following years was renamed "West Preston". The tram would be a single truck, possibly R class. This tramway was built by the Fitzroy, Northcote and Preston Tramways Trust but taken over by the M&MTB in 1920 before operations began. B&W photo of an open tray truck parked in front of a fuel pump on rough open ground with trees in the background. There is a tall pole beside the pump. The truck has 'MILL ENDS Phone EMERALD 61' painted on the side of the tray, and 'W. J. Hermon/EMERALD/61' painted on the door. There is a manually operated turning indicator – a large white hand shape on a pivoting rod – attached to the door. It appears that the signal is operated through the open driver's window. An unidentified man is in the driver's seat and he is smiling at the camera. Dated 1948.

Photo shows Geelong tram 40 Mercer St, city end. The tram has the destination of North. In the background is a typewriter shop, R J Reynolds? Shell service station and S G Winkler Service station with a Neptune sign. The driver has his hand on the air brake and the controller with the front driver's window open. One of a set of photos was taken between 15/2/1956 and 3/3/1956 when services operated only between Belmont and North before the final closure of the Belmont route on 25/31956 and that bogie tram 31 is not shown on the board, having gone to Ballarat on 15/2/1956 - see item 5554. He is wearing bib and brace overalls over a short-sleeved striped top with a pale rounded collar done up to his chin. The words 'Parties' and '61 Emerald' can be seen on the top of the truck, and 'W. J. Hermon/Menzies Ck/Via Belgrave/Licensed to carry 37 passengers' is painted on the door. There is a canvas covering over the back of the truck. c.1945.

Colour print mounted within a large card frame of A class 281, westbound on Collins St at the Exhibition St stop. Tram has the destination of City, Route 42 and an Advertisements for Ford exhaust systems. In the driver's window is the run number "K38" Behind the tram is a W class tram that appears to be showing route 17. Photo could be early 1990's, route 42 became route 109 in 2003 when the extension opened to Box Hill. Route 17 ran until 2/1997. Having a run number will also assist in dating the photograph. Black and white photograph of SEC Ballarat No. 21 decorated as the Ballarat Base Hospital's Trambulance in support of the Hospital's Yuille House Remodelling Plan, $50,000 appeal. Photographed by Bob Prentice at the Mt. Pleasant terminus on 13/5/1969. Tram is painted white - based on the Myer's Christmas tram of 1968 (See Reg. Item 1881) and the 1969 Begonia Festival (See Reg.
