Three copies of menus, City of Bendigo Jubilee 1871 - 1921 Mayoral Ball Menus to be held at the Town Hall, Bendigo. D. Andrew, Mayor. Dated July 18th, 1921. Inside with the menu is a list of councillors from 1871 and 1921. Also Town Clerks from 1856 to 1921 and Area of City, Gold Yield 1871 to 1921 and value, 120 Miles of street Trees and £52,500 in Revenue. On the back is a picture of the Town Hall. (b) A menu for a Return Ball to His Worship the Mayor, Cr. D. Andrew and Mrs. Andrew to be held at the Town Hall, Bendigo on August 10th, 1921. On the left side of the menu is a purple coloured picture of a lady walking in a garden. She is carrying a posy of flowers and is wearing a long dress. M. Does not list depot or track crews or revenue clerks.Carbon copy of a typed list of SEC Ballarat Tramways staff, mid to late 1960's, giving Name, position, Address and Phone number. Dated 10th Feb. 19??, the last two digits having been torn off when tape removed. Consists of one large sheet of paper with a small sheet containing 4 names taped to the bottom of the main sheet. Has been attacked by silver fish on the left hand side. .1 - Original sheet .2 - Photocopy of top half .3 - Photocopy of lower half All sheets have been folded. The last Revenue Journal printed - fares as the system closed in 9/1971 in Ballarat.Printed form titled "Revenue Journal", for recording the value of tickets sold by Conductors. Headed - "Provincial Tramways". Has value of tickets up to 18c, parcel tickets of 13c. Gives the opening and closing number of tickets or checks issued to the conductor, check returned by conductor, total number issued, value, returned by conductor, cash returned, decimal currency, space for hospital vouchers and area where signed by conductor. Printed on off white paper. Has form number 554-200. Two copies held. Additional 7 copies added 8/1/2007.
