A4 size sheet of paper, printed up as a BTPS (BTM) conductor's Revenue Journal for Adults fares as 60c, Children 30 and all day cards $1.20. Standard BTPS Revenue Journal format that was altered as necessary for the various fares. Known as form T2. Fares were 60c/30c from 1/11/1980 to 31/10/1985. Form would have been printed about Nov. 1980 and used to after the next fare rise as stocks were exhausted and the revised fares marked in by hand. Two copies held.
