The photograph shows SEC Ballarat tram Nos. 32 on-site at the proposed Maryborough Chamber of Commerce "Wildlife" park. This did not proceed. The photo is most likely taken before a roof was placed over the tram. The date and Photographer are unknown. See item 6604 and 6632 for other photos. The tram was acquired by the BTPS in 1986.

Black and white photo of ESCo No. 12 outside Wendouree Parade depot, post the 1912 installation of Motorman's windscreens. Both blinds rolled up. Has a roof advertisement for "Carter & Werner Opticians" and a step ad for "Eureka Cos. BO Punch". Seat backs face passengers to sit on the outside of the tram., that is have yet to be relocated to face inwards only. For other copies of this photo see item 757.

The ex-Melbourne Meadowbank cars 27 and 29 first ran in Geelong in 1928. Stages in the construction of one of the two Birney Safety Cars, imported from the J G Brill Company of Philadelphia in kit form in 1924, and assembled in the area formerly occupied by the buses. In the background of Item 9237 is the trailer purchased from the North Melbourne Electric Tramway Company in 1924. Its number in the order in which Geelong cars were acquired was 13 (the Birneys were nos. 14 and 15) and it was eventually converted to a track scrubber car in 1926. It never carried the number 13 but was advertised for sale as such at the closure of the tramways in 1956. See associated Items 9231 and 9232.
