Z2 class tram 111, several other Z-Z2 trams and crowds of pedestrians fill the recently established (February 1978) motor-vehicle-free Bourke St Mall which is now filled with vegetation in large planters. No date is noted, but the recently built tram 111 and apparent absence of Z3 class trams indicate summer in the early 1980s .
