Eva Grant was a member of the Kew Historical Society. Three albums in the collection were created by her, this one, the third created between 1964 and 1966. They were donated to the Society by her daughter in 2010. The building in the sketch is the former Manse for the Bulla Presbyterian Church. Tile (a) depicts the Dutch Reformed Church building (Netherlands Reformed Church). Proudfoots’ Boathouse was built in 1885 by Thomas Proudfoot and has remained an important historic building in Warrnambool to this day. In the late 20th century the original buildings were lifted and renovated and a new building constructed in front.
