Notebook, with three sections of 16 pages each, two pink, one blue, stapled individually onto a yellow coloured card cover and then covered with a printed black and gold patterned sheet to cover the staples. Shown in a tabular form are the timetables for each of the Ballarat and Bendigo routes in the 1960's, for Mondays to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Gives the run number, times at various points, special workings, terminals, short workings. The tables for Sundays in Bendigo has been prepared but not filled in. In the blue section has various notes on Ballarat weekday runs, timetables. Yields information about the condition of the ESCo tram fleet at the time of the SEC takeover of the operations their appearance, the reconstruction work and trackwork to rehabilitate the system. Demonstrates an important era of the Ballarat Tramways through the SEC preparing an album of photographs. The completeness of the record adds to the significance.Photo Album - comprising folded manila card covers, 11 photo sheets each with two, one with three black and white photos. Has three metal - steel fold back clips holding the sheets together. Folded so that the metal clips are not exposed on the outside. Has the title "Photographs of Ballarat Tramways Rolling Stock & Track Reconditioning Works". Album contains 23 photos, glued to the manila sheets - assembled by the SEC. All SEC photos except as noted below. Each of the photographs have been separately registered, as shown in the table below. Scanned images made of photos. Conservation Notes prepared - within the cataloguing sheet. On the front of the tram is a dash panel advertisement for White Horse Whiskey and an auxiliary board for "Trotting Showgrounds Thursday". Set of 11 No. 35mm Agfa colour blue and white plastic mount slide - of the move of Ballarat trams 27, 28 and 14 from the old SEC depot onto the temporary access track to the BTPS depot on Saturday 15 July 1972 and Sunday 16 July 1972 (slides .10 and .11) .1 - John Withers and his land rover, towing No. 14 from the old depot - depot junction. .2 - No. 27 moves from Wendouree Parade onto the depot access track. .3 - ditto .4 - and onto the access track being pushed by hand. .5 - No. 28 being lifted onto the steel channels in order to slew it across Wendouree Parade .6 - being slewed across the road .7 - being readied to lift up onto the access track .8 - all three trams on the access track that evening. .9 - ditto Taken on 16 July 1972 .10 - No. 27 being winched up to the level crossing - Campbell Duncan ? on the winch.
