Book has rounded corners. Issued by the order of the Board, by H.A. Warner, Secretary 30/5/1957, has a detail contents index. Book has number 1011 stamped on the first page. Has printing number 1/228. Covers rules applicable to both tram and bus, tram only, bus only and for accident prevention and procedures. Has By Law 11 - General and By Law 16 - Lost Property in the rear sections, along with reproductions of two certificates for Certificates of Service. 2nd copy from donation of Harry Jackson added 1/4/2021 and a pdf scan of the book. Administrative record - "Superintendent electric running sheds' daily return" for MMTB dated 4/5/1925 - form 71. Give details of the weather, traffic conditions, depot tram cars - bogie and single truckers Lists 1 car taken out of service - defective or accidents, provides detail of the status of fire services at depots, and watchmen's tell tales. Would have been compiled from individual depot reports. The rear of the sheet has been used to prepare a report by K L Mackenzie on applicants for the Compressed Gas Plant attendant at Clifton Hill depot. The Compressed Gas plant was part of the equipment installed to provide gas for the buses during the early stage of the Second World War. Names listed are: Hence, Wrigly, Maynard, Fay, Coates, Stephens, Lyons, and Langton. See item 7521, 7516 and 7518 for similar reports. Photographs and negatives. Gertrude Perry Collection. Yellow Kodak folder containing prints, negatives and proofs with Perry 2 pounds 10 shillings and 6 pence written on the back. Three proofs of a lady which are discoloured. Two small negatives - One of a car with a picket fence and a shed behind it and the other of a person sitting on a chair behind a car and a bus. Four larger negatives, Three are of a dog and the fourth a garden. All these are enclosed between two sheets of black paper. Two receipts - one a receipt from Bendigo Advertiser Newspapers Press Photo Service for 6 shillings and 6 pence. Rec. No 9586. Dated Oct 18, 1953. The 2nd one from Reg. V. Brock Studios for 5 pounds 11 shillings and 9 pence. Dated 4//11/1953. Rec. No B3476. Five coloured photographs, Four of Gertrude Perry in costume, in one she is holding a goat.
