James Dunlop Boyd died on the 9th day of January 1918, probate has been granted to Annie Sophia Boyd of McKenzie Street Bendigo widow dated the 4th of October 1918. Annie Sophia Boyd died 15th February 1950. the property then passed to George Victor Lansell in 1951. In 1960 the property passed to Arthur Victor Palmer, Daniel Aloysius Hogan and John William Watson.
