Submission by Bendigo Arts Council to the Bendigo Urban Renewal Liaison Committee - ''A Blueprint for the Future'' (undated submission but reference internally indicates it being post September 1974). Six pages with four Sections: Sec. 1 - Preamble; Sec. 2 Buildings currently in use; Sec. 3 Arts Council activity to improve facilities; Sec. 4. Arts Council recommendation for the inclusion of the Community Arts Centre in the study area; Sec. 5 Conclusions. Two copies of the submission in differently coloured covers.
