Cream satin "slipper" shape with a cream 1cm satin ribbon loop, 30 cm long attached cream looped braid, 1 cm wide edges the slipper, and a small cream cotton orange blossom flower is stitched at the point where the ribbon loop is attached to the slipper, with a loop and two "tails".
