Peter Fryar became a legend in the field of physical education and was a long term staffmember at Federation University's predecessor institutions. The cover has an illustration of the church and the contents include a list of office bearers in 1953 as well as significant people over the years. Document - CORRESPONDENCE: PRESENTATION TRAY TO MR & MRS ROBERT MOFFAT, 27th October, 1980

Correspondence (1980) re Presentation Tray to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Moffat, Ravenswood. Tray acknowledges ''their genial hospitality and many estimable qualities''. Presented to Moffat in 1884 on their departure to Ballarat. The tray is inscribed with the names of some 45 members of the Sandhurst community of the day. Enquiry re places and names mentioned on the tray came from Jules L Tardent (of Gold Coast) via the City of Bendigo who had received the enquiry in first instance. The MUIOOF Lodge was located in Union Street, Kew. The Lodge was established in 1863. It was demolished in the early 1990s.The Lodge Board lists the names of representatives of many of Kew's pioneering families. The Board was donated to the Society when the Hall was demolished.
