Photo looks west from the Ballarat Fire Station (East) tower, and has a good view looking along Barkly St. Shows the crossing loop between Eastwood and Main St with one tram in the view. The fancy dress procession, although not as lengthy as the previous one for the Belgium Carnival, lost nothing of its effectiveness, and those who helped In this part of the entertainment de: serve the very best thanks.
