In 1986 SOFUY (Servicing Opportunities for Unemployed Youth) was established by Ballarat Diocesan Family Services (later Centacare). This Mosaic art work was created by unemployed youth involved in the program 1986-87 and featured on the wall of the organisation's office at Ballarat's St Patrick's Hall.
