Youth Fined on Three Charges
Arising out of an incident last Sunday when an Eltham youth is alleged to have called a picnicker a "mug" and have admonished him for going to a hotel on a Sunday, an 18-year old youth appeared in Eltham court on Wednesday charged with having thrown a missile to the danger of persons in a public place; with having resisted First Constable H. Shields in the execution of his duty and having assaulted First Constable Shields.
