The Horseland store at 87 Main Street Greensborough was a local landmark with its model of a horse on the verandah roof. This store closed late in 2015. Grave of Joseph Goodman (died 04/07/1932) and Dorothea (Dora) Goodman (died 24/02/1955) in Plot# P7[?] Greensborough Cemetery. Photograph taken by Noel Withers 30/07/2009. . The Goodman’s lived in Alexandra Street, Greensborough.Greensborough Cemetery was created when land was given for the cemetery by Mr William Poulter, a local settler, about 1864. The cemetery holds the graves of many of the early settlers in the district. The Diamond Valley Community Hospital was established in 1942 in Grimshaw Street Greensborough. Due to financial circumstances, the hospital closed in 2000. This collection of newspaper clippings is from i1988 to 1998 and was collected by staff.
