He enlisted in the AIF No 4631 on 11.8.1915 in the 14th reinforcements 7th Batt age 22 years. Embarked for Egypt 28.1.1916, transfers to the 58th Batt 26.3.1916 then to the 57th Batt 3.4.1916. Embarks for France 17.6.1916, promoted to CPL 7.2.1917, SGT 25.5.1917, WIA 2.3.1918 GSW to head severe, returns to Australia re his wounds 7.6.1918 and discharged from the Army on 8.10.1918. Harrington is Thomas Clarence Harrington. He enlisted in the AIF No 1553 on 13.9.1914 in the 3rd reinforcements 8th Batt age 27 years 10 months.
