This flyer represents the historical process of elections celebrated in 1910 in Melbourne Victoria and one of the proposed options. The link to Legacy is not known. Legacy was founded in 1923 by returned soldiers from the first world war. Dr William Nuttall Maloney was a long serving member of Parliament from 1904 to 1940.
