The Office was located within the premises of Melbourne Legacy for a peppercorn rent and moved to Sydney during 2015.A record of the past Chairmen of Legacy Co-ordinating Council.Portrait photos of 48 Legatees detailing their names and years of service as Chairman, Legacy Coordinating Councils. For two Past Chairmen portrait photos were unavailable. In a black frame with clear glass. Names and years of service for the 48 Legatees that served as Chairman are detailed under photos of each. Plaque at the bottom centre of the Framed piece reads - "Presented by the Chairman Legacy Australia Inc. to the Melbourne Legacy Club. In appreciation of the generous support of the Legacy Coordinating Councils by providing office space and an executive from its ranks. For more than 76 years the Melbourne Legacy Club carried this significant responsibility for a grateful Legacy movement". October 2015. These nine photographs of a CO’s Parade were taken on the 6th of December 1995 at the Army Survey Regiment, Fortuna, Bendigo. On this occasion CO LTCOL Duncan Burns presented the Defence Force Service Medal to SSGT Stephen Hill OAM CSM, SGT Stuart Ridge, SGT Peter Peterson and CPL Eric Nicolson for 15 years of efficient remunerated service in the Australian Army.This is a set of nine photographs taken at the CO’s Parade at the Army Survey Regiment, Fortuna, Bendigo, on the 6th of December 1995. Several items were given by a seafarer, Mr Nicholas Garlick (1926-2009) into the care of Father Brady who retired from St Pauls Cathedral, Melbourne in 2018. Father Brady later donated the collection of objects, documents and an extensive collection of cruise ship menus (1937-end of 20thC) to the Mission via the intermediary William Hastie, volunteer at the Mission for Seafarers. Buff-coloured menu card. Front; 'The Australian National Line' printed in blue above the ANL insignia with 18 names and telephone numbers (17 pencilled, 1 in red ink) written in place of a menu. Back; this appears to be a typed internal directory with 4 names and telephone numbers added (3 in pencil, 1 in blue-green ink). Decorative object - Minton Majolica model of a Grey Heron, 2001
Royal Doulton as part of the Minton Miniature series produced this heron model in 2001. A limited edition of 1,793 pieces were made, and this heron is number 89. The heron is a scaled down model of the original life-size piece first produced by Paul Comolera, c. 1892, as a walking stick and umbrella stand. Comolera was a French artist and sculptor, renowned for dramatic naturalistic forms, and life-size renditions of birds and animals that won him admiration in public and artistic circles. The Warrnambool Art Gallery (WAG) has a life-sized Heron in its collection. Mission to Seafarers Victoria

Several items were given by a seafarer, Mr Nicholas Garlick (1926-2009) into the care of Father Brady who retired from St Pauls Cathedral, Melbourne in 2018. Father Brady later donated the collection of; objects, documents and an extensive collection of cruise ship menus (1937-end of 20thC) to the Mission via the intermediary William Hastie, volunteer at the Mission for Seafarers.Possibly a pamphlet printed for VIP guests and families attending the ceremony.Two page Anzac Day memorial service pamphlet/leaflet. Smooth/shiny paper, two ink colours (magenta and bluish green), picture of slouch hat at top right corner, and the insignia of each Australian armed force (navy, army, airforce) along the bottom of the pamphlet. The order of ceremony is printed in red ink on the two inner pages.
