A note for the President's folder about recruiting a secret committee of advisers to help with proposed new members. The second page is a draft of a letter thanking the candidate for agreeing to be on the committee. The third page talks about the committee and is crossed out in blue pen and a note saying 'No longer operative'. Was in a binder of documents that is passed from an outgoing President to the incoming President. It is primarily from the 1930s to 1990s.
