The soldier is believed to be Charles Francis Ross No 1948, enlisted 18.2.1915, embarked for Egypt 26.8 1915, then to France 1916, reported wounded and missing 27.7.1916, Confirmed KIA by Court of enquiry on 26.11.1917 as being 4.8.1916
