The booklet prepared and printed by the German internees held in Camp 1, Tatura. The reproduction of the booklet was carried out on equipment in the office of the Camp Garrison, and copies of the booklet were made available to those internees within the camp and who were considered sympathetic to the German cause.The booklet tells the story of the internment of German Nationals in Australia from the German point of view. It also lists the names, internment number, dates of birth and capture, and the State where the capture took place. It also illustrate the fact that the Australian Authorities were willing to assist in the production of the booklet through the use of their office equipment.65 page booklet consisting of folded foolscap sheets with hand printed and printed material.

Leather suitcase owned by Matron "Trix" Moore, when she served in the Australian Army during WW2. Matron "Trix" Moore was the first Matron at 28 Camp Hospital, attached to Internment Camp 1. Sign attached to a piece of laminex and then attached to one of the walls by 2 pieces of aluminium. Model is screwed together and a piece of cardboard attached to the base. Inside this model are articles issued to internees quarters: 1 - small white, with blue stripes, toweling covered pillow; 2 - white cotton pillow case to fit pillow; 3 - small yellow piece of toweling representing a towel; 4 - 2 small white sheets; 5 - 2 small grey blankets; 6 - small wooden bed with metal wire base; 7 - small brown hessian mattress filled with straw.
