Bodice of a blue linen dress made by Elfriede Girschik for her daughter, Helga, in Camp 3. c1942 (early). The singer sewing machine it was made on came with her into the Camps.Blue linen bodice which has been part of a dress. The bodice has sleeves gathered at the top and slots for elastic (not there) at the lower edge. 6 handmade buttonholes down the opening at the back with 6 small buttons. Hand embroidery on the front, 2 ladybirds, sprays of yellow, blue, pink and orange flowers.
