Notes that his photo of Geelong 40 being loaded at the Geelong depot on 27-3-1956 was received in Ballarat the following day and that Pengelly 23 was the "workhorse" around the depot after closure. List of scrapped cars gives location as known by Bob at the time. Gives current position, Mr Strangward's and Mr Westcott's estimate based on the number of electric cars in service. Gives a recommendation as to future arrangements. Initialled "WOS 26/11/23".
