Passenger was trying to board tram when struck by a car that the driver, who fled the scene, later claimed was on autopilot. It was the first case involving a Tesla for Victoria's major collision investigators. Brass Conductor Communication Bell, or signal bell, consisting of cast frame, bell, striker, bell pull part, one nut and washer to secure the bell to the frame and two rivets securing for the bell pull part.
