Council has expressed concens with local radio station ECB FM's proposed rule changes which, according to a council report, attempts to remove any influence of Ringwood Coucil from the station. Council has recommended $3130 be budgeted next financial year for a sharps disposal service for prescribed intravenous drug users.`
