Document - Form/s, State Electricity Commission of Victoria (SECV), "Summary of daily time sheets - Traffic Department", 1971
Form used to record a summary of the working hours of crews, showing the total hours and the hours worked when one man operation. Gives a list of names at the time when the form prepared. Also used by Jerry? as a sheet of paper to write out the details of No. 9 run for Saturdays as a reference document and noted it was last time on the Victoria St route and recorded the tramcar number.Duplicated typed form, foolscap sheet, titled "Summary of daily time sheets - Traffic Department", giving name, total time, one man rate time, and spread of hours. Has a list of employee names in two columns. Dated 28/7/1971 - Wednesday On rear of sheets, Jerry? Van Rooy - has used the sheet to write out Saturday 9 run details. Demonstrates pictorial souvenir strips of photographs of Ballarat, both colour and black and white and yields information about Ballarat c 1940.Set of 10 small colour and 5 large black and white views of Ballarat printed on a folded strip, glued within a light brown colour light weight cardboard folder, titled "Pictorial Souvenir of Ballarat - Views in Colour". Booklet printed with an address area with title in red and kookaburras. Produced by Murray View, Gympie Queensland. The rear has a slit surrounded by red dashes on the rear cover that allowed the folder to be secured. Pictures are: Colour: 1. Statutory Pavilion 2. Demonstrates ticketing systems in Ballarat and in particular the use of a tourist ticket to enable people to travel around the whole of Ballarat on the trams. Yields information about the ticketting system and how surplus stocks were overprinted for future use. The same ticket stock could be used in all three of the SEC provincial tramways.Set of four SECV - Ballarat Tourist Tickets - 1/- on light weight card, light manilla colour - printed originally for the years 1944, 1945 and 1946, overprinted in red ink for 1947, 1948 and 1949.
