Appears to be a very crowded tram with a man on the running board. Has St Peters Anglican Church in the background. On the tramway pole adjacent to the tram is a "One Way Traffic" and an "Olympics Rings" sign, indicating the photo could have been taken c1956, possibly during the Olympics themselves. The photo appears to be taken just before the one used in item 2659 given the shadow of the pole in front of the tram.
