The first photograph shows tram 26 waiting for the second tram (No. 18, carrying a side advertising banner) in Sturt St west while the second photograph shows them passing each other. Shows the area with a pole supporting two bracket arms at this area. The intersection is now a traffic light-controlled intersection. Photo late 1960s.
