Jonathan Harris operated a winery on the banks of the Axe Creek, Axedale in the 1850s.A camp oven 31 centimetres diameter. It has three legs on the bottom which are three and a half centimetres long, The pot is 25 centimetres diameter on the bottom 13 centimetres high and 30 centimetres diameter at the top, It has a partly curved lid which is three centimetres high and has a one centimetre wide and seven centimetre long handle on top.
