Gives times for the departure from the City and the terminus for the Eaglehawk, Quarry Hill, Golden Square and North Bendigo routes. Page 1 for Monday to Friday, page 2 for Saturday and on the bottom of page 2, details of Sunday services commencing from 2pm, until about 10.30pm. May have been the last timetable issued for Bendigo. Set of 8 black and white photographs of the SEC Ballarat track welding truck, Reg. No. 119 341. Truck is a British Bedford truck, model WHG, built by GMH Melbourne between 1932 and 1934. Has a fabric roof, chassis fitted with a tray top body, side tool box, metal frame and covered with canvas, fitted out with a motor generator set, welding equipment and oxy acetylene bottles. Specification document comprising printed cover, eight typewritten pages (black carbon copy) and two photo pages of a J.G. Brill Co. of Philadelphia PA, Birney Safety Car. Specification No. 100, revised 1/10/1919. On the printed cover, which has three holes for a clip on the left hand side, printed with the Birney Safety Car trade mark, the names of the J. G. Brill associated companies (American Car Company of St. Louis, G. C. Kuhlman Car Co. of Cleveland Ohio, and Wason Manufacturing Company of Springfield, Massachusetts). On the inside of the front cover and on the outer back cover is the Brill logo. On the inside of the back cover is a floor / seating plan of the Birney Safety Car, giving overall dimensions, location of equipment etc. Item secured with one brass clip in the top left hand corner. The eight typed pages details the specification of the construction of the tramcar, equipment details etc for a single truck, double end Birney Safety (tram) car. Catalogue No. 206 of the J. G. Brill Co. of Philadelphia PA, titled "Brill Trucks" on front cover and "City and Interurban Trucks" on page 1. Comprises: Card cover very light grey on outside, grey inside which is a larger size than that of the rest of the book. Has the names of the J. G. Brill associated companies (American Car Company of St. Louis, G. C. Kuhlman Car Co. of Cleveland Ohio, Wason Manufacturing Company of Springfield, Massachusetts and Compagnie J. G. Brill, Paris France) as well. On the inside of the front cover and on the inside back cover are patterns involving the Brill logo. To the printed catalogue is a matching out 4pp again with the same Brill logos. This sheet is the same size as the text pages. Forty page printed text on a heavy gloss manila colour art paper. Front cover gives details of Brill's office addresses, and agents, including the Australasian agent - Noyes Brothers. Page 3 gives an introduction to the quality of Brill trucks and page 39 gives an index to the various trucks and components. Each truck type has a photograph, parts list and dimension details. Single sheet of paper that appears to have been either taken from a book or was printed as a pamphlet to advertise the routes that Ballarat Tramways (ESCo) ran. On the reverse side is an advertisement for Craig's Hotel, Lydiard St. Ballarat. See image files as well. The sheet has numerous tears on the left side (when viewed from Craigs Hotel) and marks possibly from gluing into a book and pieces of paper missing at about the position where it could have been stapled. Also two pin holes in top corners. The details for Ballarat Tramways notes the use of Fare Boxes, the Electric Supply Company offices being near the Coliseum, and the various colours used on the various routes and points of interest for visitors along the route. Request people to "Enter front end of cars and move right through". The advertisement for Craig's shows a photo of the hotel, motorcars outside , that it has been renovated and sewered throughout, that T.F. McManamny was proprietor. On top and bottom of the photograph, "J. Hesse" has been handwritten in using black ink. A letter "A" is on the lower left hand side of the sheet.
