Letter issued on PTC Coloured letterhead, with V/Line and The Met logos on the base, to all tram and bus employees, from Keith Fitzmaurice, discussing pay opportunities, the Tramways Union refusal to participate, Christmas Wishes and looking forward to work together in 1990.
