Photocopy of original letter from John Prideaux to the PTC dated 27/3/1991 (two copies), requesting copy's of any suggestions or recommendation raised in written form by ticket inspectors, traffic inspectors etc and response from the PTC dated 27/5/1991 providing some 20 copies of "headway reports".
