White menu and toast list for the Annual Mayoral Banquet by Cr. Jacob Cohn, Mayor, Tuesday, 16th April, 1889 at the Shamrock Hotel. On the front, on the left are three green grass stalks with three gold and copper flower heads and gold printing on the right. On the inside on the left is the menu and on the right, the toast list. Printed in red with gold border. On the back cover is a sketch of the Town Hall and printed 'Councillor Jacob Cohn, Mayor. Tuesday, 16th April, 1889. It has a double border. Printed by J.
