Included is a 'Special Sugar Permit' allocated on 17/6/1947 to the Auxiliary including letter. Over the years the Auxiliary raised funds through 'Time and Talent' competitions, subscriptions, stalls, film nights, afternoon teas, The RVIB Lighthouse appeal via door knock and the sale of flowers. The dahlia tubers and cut flowers were provided by members and numerous other friends. Letters -- 11 receipt books -- index cards and various loose papers royal victorian institute for the blind
