Clothing. Cream cotton net, woven with a goemetric pattern of filligree diamonds and tiny squares. The garment is fully lined with the most delicate, and sheer cream silk. A peplum ettect 7 cms deep, is finished with 9.5 cm deep peak at the centre front. Two metal hooks, and stitched eyes are the only fasteners, and are located at the waistline on the peplum seam. The curved front bodice is edged with a 3.5 cm deep frill of cream net, which is finished at the outer edge with two rows of stitching in a heavier weight thread. The front bodices are gathered at the centre front to the peplum. Clothing. Four Collars a. Stand-up lace collar with a shallow scallop at the lower neck edge-6 cm -7 cm deep. Three ''stand-up'' flower motifs and other flat floral motifs form the lace. Five boned and wired casings keep the collar erect. At the centre lower edge fine, cotton fabric is gathered tightly and forms a 10 cm long, fan shaped drop or jabot which in turn has a shield shaped crochet drop 12.5 cm deep with corded and cut-work elements. The stand-up collar is lined with fine cotton net, and fastens at the back with three metal hooks, but no loops are evident. b. Very fine creamy silk (?) stand-up collar. 4.5 cm deep, with a 32 cm deep jabot front. The same lace as the collar, edges the Vshaped front jabot. In the centre of this jabot is a stylized maltese cross, which also features at the front of the collar. No fastenings are visible at the neckline. c.This item is of the same design as 14.b, but is slightly larger.Cream cotton or silk, the collar is 6 cms deep at the centre front, and features a Maltese Cross shape at the centre front of the collar, and the jabot front. Ten floral motifs are spaced around the collar, and the same lace outlines the edges of the jabot front. No fastenings are evident. d. Collar. 8.5 cm deep at the centre back, shaped to 6.5 cm deep at the centre front. Jabot 2 cm wide at top, 10.5 cm wide at lower edge, then shaped to a point at the very lower edge. Floral elements and eyelets form the design. Centre back has six eyelets at each edge-perhaps laced to fasten. Clothing. Five sided green, silk, beaded bag. Lined with green linen gauze like fabric. Ten .8 cm brass loops sewn to the top of the bag.Has a drawstring of green cotton thread. Two peaked flaps, 7.5 cm deep, fall from below the drawstring over the top of the bag. Flaps and the main body of the bag have exquisite tiny glass beads - white, and clear-(reflecting the green of the fabric) in an absolutely exquisite floral design. These beads are the tiniest beads imaginable. The underside of the flaps is lined with the linen gauze, and an overlay of silk. Clothing. Navy blue velvet, on a brass frame, with a 34 cm long brass chain. A ''push-button'' 1.2 cm diameter, fastens the bag. A decorative, oval brass loop is attached to the centre of the frame. The velvet fabric is tightly gathered onto the frame. One side panel of the bag is exquisitely embroidered in a ''corded'' floral design, in pink, blue and greens. The bag is lined with a smokey blue watermark silk, with a flat pocket on one side. The bag contains a smokey blue pouch 7.5 cm square, holding a bevelled edge mirror on one side, and a pouch on the other, a blue nylon comb, two metal hair pins and a 5.5 cm long hat pin. with a pearl bead at one end.costume accessories, female, navy blue velvet embroidered bag

Clothing. Owners initials prominent on outside. Rectangular in shape, fine grained black leather. The leather forms an external shape, white inside a smaller watermark, black silk pouch has a silver frame and clasp to hold the required items. This is lined with a dark cream watermark silk, and has an outer section with side pocket, containing a mirror, and a smaller inner section divided into purse-like compartments. Each swection has a silver frame and clasp. A small piece of light card -red on one side, and possibly glued as a label on the otherside is the same shape as the handbag, and has printed in capital letters ''NOTE THE POINTS''. This may or may not relate to the bag. The outer leather section is slightly tapered-wider at the bottom, forming slight peaks. The top reflects these peaks, with a 3 cm wide band of leather, shaped wider at the top. 23 cm long at top, 21 cm long at lower edge. Silver metal, upper-case lettering:M-A-B, indicate the owners initials. .7 cm high, 7cm long. Two 1 cm wide, 28 cm long handles complete this stylish bag. Clothing. Tiny kid(?) leather soles - just 11 cms long, with burgandy silk fabric uppers- having a centre front seam, and a centre back seam. These seams are machine stitched and then top stitched on both sides of the seam, with tiny machine stitches. A 'turn-back' of burgandy, fake-fur trims around the ankle high boots and two burgandy silk ribbon bows, fasten the boot at the outer ankle. Inners of the boots are lined with a canvas-like fabric. Soles appear to be a soft chamois type leather.costume, children's, baby shoes.

Object. Wooden frame and handle, metal mechanism and spokes, line fabric covering. Wooden handle is 4 cms in diameter and 9 cm long. An eyelet through the handle may once have a carrying loop. The handle has a polished wood finish, and is decorated with painted leaves. The top peak of the umbrella is also polished wood, 3.5 cm long, 2 cm in diameter. The fabric is linen, and has a Japanese ''Cherry blossom'' type print. The outer edge has a 6 cm deep border in a tan coloured linen.costume accessories, female, ladies umbrella

Clothing. Circular, on a gold metal frame, with a gold (badly tarnished) brass chain handle. A small beaded brass clasp closes the bag. Three small .5 cm pearls sit on top of the clasp, one in the centre of the beaded clasp, and two other groups of three pearls on top of the frame, with tiny white, pink and green beads - possibly silk brocade, has an all-over floral design in cream, pink, and dull green, on a cream background. The bag is lined with cream satin and has a small internal side pocket. Late 1800'sClothing. Squared neckline, long beaded sleeves, finished with a 6 cm ribbon edged frill. Sleeves are beaded in bow motifs, which are repeated on the back and front panels of the bodice. Lower edge has a peak at centre front, and is finished with a 3 cm black velvet band. Bodice is lined with black polished cotton. Front opening is fastened with ten metal hooks and eyes - opening alternately from left to right. A 3 cm wide strong cotton tape is stitched to the centre back of the bodice, passing around the waist, and fastening at centre front with one metal hook and eye. Clothing. Beautiful deep cream silk bodice, fully lined with cream tulle/net. Elbow length sleeves have a semi-circle of embroidered silk, and an embroidered tulle ''flounce'', edged with cream cord - 17 cms long. The bodice has seven pin-tucks, angled from the shoulder to the waistline on each side of the front and back. Between the pin-tucks at centre front panel is an extensive cream silk, floral embroidery. A rounded neckline at front and back, is in-filled with embroidered tulle - small 1 cm diameter flowers, in a 3 cm diameter circle, defined by 12 small (3mm) embroidered circles. The tulle infill extends to a 7 cm high stand-up collar-supported by seven plastic ''bones''. The collar also features the same, circular, floral embroidery, and is also edged at the throat with cream cording. The bodice while in good condition, has been cut at the hemline, and a 10.5 cm strip of fabric has been added but unfinished. 18 metal hooks, and hand-stitched loops fasten the back of the bodice. Clothing. All-over beading means that this is quite a heavy little bag. Rectangular in shape with rounded corners on the bottom, and diagonally cut at the top corners, the bag has a zipper closure, a small 5 cm long beaded loop attaches to the zipper for ease of opening and closing. Lined with cream satin, there is an 11 cm long pocket in one side, containing a small mirror (7.5 x 5 cms). A small piece of confetti may indicate that this bag was used at Aileen and John's marriage.
