Street traffic of trams and horse drawn vehicles can be seen, with people walking and standing on the footpaths. The words Princes Street Edinburgh are printed in red along the top left hand corner. A signature has been written across the lower right hand corner. Reverse is addressed to Miss Dean Esmond Golden Square with a one penny stamp postmarked Bendigo.
