The tramcar record sheets note that the car was lifted 15-3-1975 and lower 27-7-1975 and tested on the same day. Black and white photograph of a Bendigo Single Truck straight sill tramcar (were numbers 1 to 12) prior to fitting windscreens (Destination Eaglehawk page 30 - says this occurred in 1920). Tram has "Dewar's imperial whisky" roof advertisement, "Bendigo Tramways" on the letterboard, on the front dash, advertisements for "O-T+ drink additive on either side of the headlight and "Silverline Soap" on the panel either side of the bumper bar. Photocopy per facsimile machine of part of The Courier, Ballarat 27/12/1944 detailing the movement and location of the miniature or Treasure Tram that was used to raise money during the wartime in Ballarat as part of the most popular conductress competition (see also Reg. items 241 and 247 )had been presented to the Bendigo Base Hospital to be used in the Bendigo Easter Fair. Yields information about the construction of the BPTS depot in early 1974 and its appearance.Set of four Black and white photographs of how the BTPS operated during the early days of the BTPS. Based on the troughing being placed for No. 2 road only, photo dated by a list in the 1972-73 Annual Report at May to June 1973. .1 - ? Bounds standing alongside No. 27, which was operated as a Museum display. .2 - Just the tram itself - was pushed out of the shed by hand. .3 - A general scene with visitors and workers. .4 - pushing the tram back in again at the end of the day. Note the sign is different in the front of No. 27, or no sign, indicating different days. A552391 to 99), purchased at time by Albert Isaacs - white paper, green ink with "Electricity makes life easier!" on rear, stapled to heavy cardboard with stubs of previously issued tickets remaining.
