Two copies held. The proposal did not proceed. Another proposal was prepared for Feb. 2015 and was not well received by the City of Stonington. See the local Leader dated 19/2/2015. The Warrnambool Pipe Band was established in 1906. It was in recess from 1916 to 1935 when it was re-formed.
