Pamphlet 6 fold A3 to DL, titled "Tram Service Changes - Routes 58 - William St" affecting routes 11, 12, 48, 58, 86 96 and 109 - detailing the changes for the reconstruction of William St between Flinders Lane and Dudley St. Work reduced the track centres (once laid out for centre poles) and the provision of a set of scissors cross overs and super stops at Bourke and La Trobe St (Flagstaff Station). Contains maps, photographs, tramcar roster, drawing of the Melbourne W2, details of the W7's, the St. Kilda Junction project. Also notes other Australian operations including Ballarat and Bendigo. The centre page has an additional duplicated orange page glued into the top of the sheet, from the Tramway Museum Society of Victoria, with a statement concerning the accuracy of the article.
