Wooden Wax Sealing stamp - wood handle with a small brass stamp with the letters "R.Ty." and "I" or "1" underneath. The flat leather strap indicates it was used on a cable tram, rather than an electric tramcar which were fitted with round leather cords. Saved from a house in Nicholson Street, Nunawading owned by the Jenkinson's. Mrs Jenkinson died in Strathdon Nursing Home, Forest Hill and was buried on her 100th birthday. Plaque made in 1922.
